Classic Australian Eucalyptus honey
Australia's forests and bushlands are home to a wonderful diversity of flowering eucalyptus trees that produce great-tasting and distinctive honeys. Some of these honeys are light and mild-flavoured, such as yellow box or redgum, others are typically dark and strongly flavoured like stringybark or ironbark.
