Delivery Costs
Delivery charges are for Australia Post's parcel post and express post services.
The cost for parcels weighing less than 5kg depends on whether they can be packed into a small, medium, large or extra large size box or satchel.
Freight costs are automatically calculated and displayed in the checkout after your address is keyed in. (You don't have to pay before you know what the freight will cost.)
Delivery within Australia
Orders weighing up to 500gms (gross weight) will cost $8 for delivery by standard parcel post Australia wide.
Orders weighing more than 500gms but less than 1kg will cost $10.
Orders weighing more than 1kg but less than 3kg will cost $13.
Orders weighing more than 3kg but less than 5kg will cost $16.
Orders weighing more than 5kg but less than 10kg will cost $22.
Freight charges for bulk orders, i.e. weighing more than 10kg and/or more than 20 jars, will depend on actual weight and destination and will be negotiated separately - please contact us for more information.
Free shipping is available to most Australian capital cities for orders over $200. )

Delivery to most Australian cities takes two to three days.* Regional and remote locations takes a little longer.
International delivery
International and US orders are welcome.
Freight costs for major countries are calculated automatically and displayed in the checkout, once your address has been entered. (If freight for your country isn't listed please contact us by email for a freight quote. We may be able to deliver either with Post or with FedEx.)
We email a tracking number to you once your honey is on its way, so you can monitor and review the progress of your delivery. (Go to www.auspost.com.au/track to track your order)
US orders
We offer both standard and express international air freight delivery to the US with our freight partners at Australia Post.
The new 10% tariff on Australian products is included in the price, and the tariff/duty collected is remitted to US Customs via our service supplier - Zonos. (We use Australia Post as our international carrier, and integration with Zonos enables your order to be cleared through US Customs with no delay.)
European Union (EU) orders
European Union member countries have recently revamped their honey import rules, so that a 17.3% tariff can be collected on manuka honey, amongst other things. Until these new rules are clarified we have suspended orders from the EU.
UK VAT taxes
Honey is an exempt product under UK Value Added Tax (VAT) rules.
Click and Collect / Local pick-up
You can pick up your order from us between 10am and 4.30pm), Monday to Friday by arrangement. Please call or text if you wish to pick-up your order. Please allow 24 hours for order processing and note that we are closed on Sundays and public holidays.
