Jarrah honey

Jarrah honey comes only from the forests of south west Western Australia. It is a rich, delicious honey with very special qualities. Particularly when fresh, it can have high levels of naturally occurring hydrogen peroxide. This makes it very useful for treating fungal and other skin complaints such as tinea.
Jarrah honey's natural sugar composition is also relatively low in glucose. So it takes a very long time to crystallize compared to normal honey.
